Thank you for supporting Vannier Collection. Every order placed through our shop is handled with care, intention, and respect for both the art and the energy behind it. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, package, and deliver your items and what you can expect once your order has been placed.
1. Processing Times
Because most of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or energetically prepared, processing times vary by category:

Processing time refers to the time needed to create, package, and prepare your order before it is shipped. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
2. Shipping Times & Carriers
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped using trusted carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, USPS, or other regional services, depending on your location and shipping selection at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

United States: 5–14 business days

International: 10–30 business days (varies by country and customs)
These are only estimates. Vannier Collection is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the postal carrier.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable). Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after dispatch.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock or fulfillment location. You will receive tracking details for each shipment when applicable.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your items.
We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated on our website or promotional materials when available.
5. International Orders & Customs
Vannier Collection proudly ships worldwide. However, please note the following for international customers:

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.

We are unable to mark packages as “gifts” or falsify customs values.

Customs delays can occur and are beyond our control.
If customs or import taxes are refused or unpaid, the order may be returned or destroyed by local authorities. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be issued.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
Vannier Collection is not responsible for delays, losses, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the buyer.
If a package is returned to us due to address issues, the buyer may be required to pay additional postage to have it reshipped.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:

Check your mailbox, building lobby, or neighbors.

Contact your local postal carrier or post office for details.

If still unresolved, contact us with your order number and case number from the carrier.
We will do our best to help, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed once the package has been marked as delivered.
8. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

After reviewing your case, we may offer a discount, partial refund, or replacement, depending on availability and situation.
9. Split Shipments
If your order contains both handmade items and print-on-demand products, they may ship separately from different facilities.
You will receive separate tracking numbers and shipping confirmations for each part of your order.
10. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided they have not entered production or fulfillment. Once an item or service begins processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
