Thank you for shopping with Vannier Collection. Every item, service, and creation offered here is crafted or performed with deep care and intention. Because of the handmade, digital, and spiritual nature of our products, this Refund Policy outlines what you can expect regarding returns, refunds, and damaged or lost orders.

By completing a purchase through our website, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom, handmade, and spiritual nature of our products and services, all sales are final.
We do not accept refunds, returns, or cancellations for any reason other than verified damage upon delivery (see Section 3).

This applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Handmade paintings or artwork

  • Custom commissions

  • Witchcraft or spiritual services (e.g. spellwork, readings, rituals)

  • Digital files, downloads, or PDFs

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Print-on-demand merchandise

2. Spiritual & Service-Based Orders

All witchcraft-related services, rituals, spellwork, and readings are energetic and time-based services, not physical goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge that:

  • These services are non-tangible and cannot be “returned” or refunded once begun or completed.

  • You are paying for the time, energy, materials, and expertise invested, not for guaranteed outcomes.

  • Results are personal, subjective, and dependent on many factors outside of Vannier Collection’s control.

If you request a refund or open a dispute after a service has been fulfilled, this will be treated as a fraudulent claim, and Vannier Collection reserves the right to pursue appropriate action through legal or financial channels.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing your case, we may offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • A discount toward a future purchase

  • A partial refund (if appropriate)

  • A replacement, depending on stock availability

Please note: minor color differences, brushstroke variations, or small imperfections in handmade products do not qualify as defects. These are normal characteristics of handcrafted and printed art.

4. Print-on-Demand Items

Print-on-demand items (such as apparel or accessories) are produced specifically for each order.
Refunds or exchanges are only available in the event of:

  • Incorrect item sent

  • Major printing error

  • Verified damage upon arrival

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with photographic proof. Claims submitted after this period cannot be processed.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for postal delays, customs processing times, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Please contact your local postal office first to open an investigation.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved through the carrier, email us with your case number and order details so we can assist.

We will do our best to help, but replacements or refunds for lost/stolen packages are not guaranteed.

6. Digital Downloads

All digital items (including PDFs, e-books, or downloadable grimoires) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or delivered.
If you encounter a technical issue with your file, we will resend or repair the link, but no refunds will be issued.

7. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

Filing a chargeback or PayPal dispute after receiving products or services constitutes fraudulent activity.
Vannier Collection reserves the right to:

  • Provide proof of delivery and fulfillment to payment processors,

  • Ban the customer from future purchases, and

  • Pursue legal or financial action if deemed necessary to recover losses.

We encourage all customers to contact us directly before opening any disputes, most issues can be resolved calmly and fairly.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase and only if processing has not yet begun. After this point, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted.
